Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field OR 4-5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information. Excellent organizational with a keen attention to detail. Solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, and practices. Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, Procore, scheduling software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to achieve a positive outcome.
