The people I've met through AGC have helped me both personally and professionally. Every contractor needs those resources and those relationships. If you want to be successful, well then, you need AGC.

HR Forum

AGC welcomes all members and chapter staff who have an interest in construction-industry human resource issues to join the HR Forum. The HR Forum enables AGC members to connect with each other, keep pace with the latest construction HR developments, and participate in association policymaking on HR matters. Forum membership requires no commitment to attend meetings or serve on task forces, but it ensures prompt notification of such opportunities when they arise.

Members of AGC's HR Forum receive:

  • a subscription to AGC's Human Resource & Labor News electronic newsletter
  • the option of joining AGC's e-Forum electronic discussion group for HR and training professionals
  • prompt notice of professional development programs, meetings and other events covering HR issues
  • an invitation to serve on task forces that the HR Forum's Steering Committee may find necessary to help guide AGC in developing HR-related policy positions, publications, programs, or other member services

If you are an AGC member or chapter staff, you can join the HR Forum free of charge by using the online form to sign-up now.
