The intent of the ConsensusDOCS 703 Purchase Order is to coordinate between the contractor, distributor and factory, and to assign risks and liabilities where each party has control. 
The ConsensusDOCS 221 (Constructor Statement of Qualifications for a Specific Project) and the ConsensusDOCS 721 (Subcontractor Statement of Qualifications for a Specific Project) provide prequalification statements for Constructors and Subcontractors, respectively.  The documents are written to be filled out with information for a specific project.
On January 19, 2011, ConsensusDOCS published its first comprehensive update to its core construction contracts, including the Owner/Contractor and Owner/Design Professional agreements.
