The Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) joined the ConsensusDOCS Coalition, which creates standard construction contract documents. IEC becomes the 33rd design and construction industry association to join the Coalition, whose mission is to create fair and balanced contract documents.
ConsensusDOCS contracts are the only industry standard contracts written by 33 leading design and construction industry organizations, including AGC. Offering a catalog of 90+ contract documents covering all methods of project delivery, ConsensusDOCS contracts incorporate fair risk allocation and best practices to represent the project’s best interests. Coalition Members represent Designers, Owners, Contractors, Subcontractors and Sureties (DOCS).
