To better reflect today’s changed industry, the ConsensusDOCS Coalition updated its library of 90+ standard construction contracts. The new and updated documents better incorporate building information modeling (BIM), green construction considerations, and claims mitigation to facilitate better project results.
ConsensusDOCS are the only standard construction documents written by a coalition of 32 industry associations representing designers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and sureties (DOCS), including AGC.
