AGC ERF Constructors’ Legacy Society
A planned gift through a will, trust or annuity is a special type of gift that will not impact your cash flow, lifestyle or family security during your lifetime. Planned gifts can result in potentially significant tax benefits and charitable deduction opportunities, and they are easy to adjust or revoke if your circumstances change in the future.
The AGC Education and Research Foundation’s Constructors’ Legacy Society is a group created to recognize those who have remembered our Foundation in their estate plans, either:
- through a designation in their wills
- by making AGC a beneficiary or partial beneficiary of an insurance policy;
- by making AGC a beneficiary or partial beneficiary or their retirement plan; or
- by establishing a charitable trust of which AGC Foundation is the ultimate beneficiary.
The AGC ERF Constructors’ Legacy Society is an extraordinary way to leave a lasting impact on the construction industry. By including the AGC Foundation in your estate plans, you ensure future generations of construction professionals have access to the resources, scholarships, and innovations that will drive our industry forward. Joining the Constructors’ Legacy Society is more than a financial commitment—it’s a pledge to build a brighter, more sustainable future for our profession.
If you have already designated the AGC Foundation in your estate plans, kindly let our staff know in order for us to properly recognize your generosity as a member in our Legacy Society.
