Listen to AGC's Virtual Town Hall Recording - Environmental Regulatory Update

Recording of January 11 town hall now available

On Jan. 11, AGC’s Environmental Committee hosted a virtual town hall providing an update on federal environmental regulatory initiatives and AGC’s advocacy efforts. During the town hall, AGC staff was joined by Viktoriia De Las Casas with Troutman Pepper. Together they covered the following topics: waters of the United States, climate, air quality standards, PFAS, PVC, federal environmental reviews, Clean Water Act news as well as species-related permitting and regulatory actions. The recording is now available.

Members of AGC’s Environmental Committee look forward to hosting additional town halls in the future—making the recording available for viewing afterwards. Please note, only the prepared remarks are recorded during these town halls.  During the live event, members shared their top regulatory issue for 2024—including wetlands permitting, stormwater changes at the state level, and California’s climate reporting rules.
