Sign up for AGC’s complimentary webinar to learn how your company can access workers through employment authorization and immigration work visas.
Early this year, the Biden administration expanded a new migration process (travel and temporary parole for up to two years in the United States, including work authorization) from Venezuela to three additional countries. There will be a 30,000 per month cap on the number of parolees from all four countries. More info here.
In light of this development, AGC of America is hosting a webinar (complimentary for AGC members) on May 31, which will cover all employment authorization and immigration work visas allowed under current law for contractors to consider, including; H-1B, H-2B, temporary parole, etc.
