This year’s AGC Annual Convention features an optional add-on Collective Bargaining Seminar taking place on March 13. Attendees will learn cutting edge negotiation strategies to use during bargaining, along with the legal, practical, and strategic considerations for management-side negotiators. A review of bargaining laws, best practices in preparing for and conducting negotiations, and more will be covered. The seminar is designed for individuals actively involved in collective bargaining. Advanced registration is required. Convention registrants may register for the seminar as part of the convention process for an extra fee of $300. AGC members and chapter staff who will not be attending the convention may register for the seminar alone for a fee of $400.
