The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) today announced the new officers who have been selected to lead the nation’s largest construction trade association. Todd Roberts, president of Jackson, Miss.-based ERS Inc., will serve as president.

“We don’t take on anything that will fix itself, everything we do at AGC of America is critical to the success of the construction industry,” said Roberts, AGC’s new national president. “Whether it is in our advocacy work, our educational programs, or in the ways AGC connects us with each other and the people and resources we need to be successful, AGC is mission critical.”

As president, Roberts will work with the association’s professional staff and national network of chapters to oversee operations and set strategy. Among his priorities for the year are highlighting how the association can help address many of the mission critical challenges facing the construction industry. Todd and his fellow officers will serve in their positions until March 2026, when the association will elect new officers.

The construction association also announced that Rick Andritsch, partner and vice president of business development for Pewaukee, Wis.-based VJS Construction Services, will serve as senior vice president; Trey Pebley, chief administrative officer for Elsa, Texas-based Foremost Paving, Inc., will serve as vice president. And Mac Caddell, president and chief executive officer of Montgomery, Ala.-based Caddell Construction, will serve as treasurer. Together with Roberts, the four will lead the association as members of its Executive Board.

AGC is the largest and oldest national construction trade association in the United States, and represents more than 28,000 firms, including 7,000 of America’s leading general contractors, and over 9,300 specialty-contracting firms. More than 12,000 service providers and suppliers are associated with AGC through a nationwide network of 88 chapters.  AGC represents contractors on Capitol Hill, and within federal agencies and the courts, in addition to providing the latest educational resources and technological tools.
