AGC is proud to announce that the first group of participants has been awarded the Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-Lean) credential. The CM-Lean credential was created to allow individuals the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of concepts related to lean principles, processes, and tools as they relate to the construction industry as defined in AGC’s Lean Construction Education Program.

Registration is now open for AGC's Construction Project Manager Course (PMC) being held January 24th - 29th, 2016 at the Cooper Hotel, Conference Center & Spa in Dallas, Texas.

AGC of America would like to congratulate the 14 individuals who passed their exam in July and August that earns them the professional credential, the Certificate of Management-Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM). Since its inception in 2011, 560 individuals have earned the CM-BIM designation.

The development of AGC of America’s second credential, the Certificate of Management—Lean Construction (CM-Lean), is nearing release and the exam is currently going through the beta phase. Over fifty qualified professionals will take part in the beta testing between September 14 and October 2, 2015. These individuals were eligible to sit for the exam by attending all seven units that construct the Lean Construction Education Program.

Do you need to earn continuing education credits for a license renewal, employer requirement or other professional development purposes? AGC of America is approved to offer several types of continuing education credit for its qualifying programs, including various courses, conferences, meetings, and webinars.

Registration is now open for AGC's Construction Project Manager Course (PMC) being held March 29th – April 3rd, 2015 at Pacific Palms Resort, which is set against the majestic San Gabriel Valley Mountains and only half an hour from downtown Los Angeles.

There are only 50 days left until AGC’s 96th Annual Convention to be held March 18-20 in San Juan, Puerto Rico!  Among the many reasons to attend Convention is the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the 16 professional development sessions. These sessions will offer a total of 24 hours of continuing education from organizations such as International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and American Institute of Architects (AIA).
