Will You Be a 2012 AGC Award Winner?

Deadline for all entries is Friday, November 4, 2011 The deadline for the 2012 AGC Awards Programs is quickly approaching. Member companies in good standing are eligible to apply to three different competitions – Alliant Build America, Liberty Mutual Marvin M. Black, and AGC in the Community. Entries can be completed through a simple online form. Click here for more information. The Alliant Build America Awards showcases top construction projects throughout the U.S. as well as internationally. The Liberty Mutual Marvin M. Black Awards honors the collaborative spirit of successful projects between joint ventures. AGC in the Community highlights member companies who have completed hands-on service projects or contributed to charitable organizations. The 2011 winners in the Build America Environmental categories were: For 2012 awards, there will only be one Environmental category – Environmental Enhancement. This new category will include projects like wetland mitigation, ground water clean-up, reclaiming or remediating an environmentally contaminated site. Construction projects must fall within the November 1, 2010 – November 1, 2011 timeframe in order to be considered. The final deadline for all competitions is on Friday, Nov. 4, 2011.
