AGC’s 92nd Annual Convention in 1 Week

AGC’s 92nd Annual Convention, held in conjunction with the 2011 CONEXPO-CON/AGG tradeshow, is on March 12-25 and will provide general and specialty contractors with the opportunity to gain the knowledge and expertise needed to survive and thrive in the coming year. The convention offers numerous sessions with a strong focus on the Federal construction market.  Some of the highlights for Federal Contractors include: a Military Construction Forum presented by the Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC Committee, Civil Works and Marine Construction Forum presented by the Marine Contractors Committee and a Federal Facilities Forum presented by the Government Affairs Committee on Monday, March 21.  Tuesday includes the Federal Markets Professional Development Track where the topics for discussion range from government contracts to ethics compliance.  There will be a Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) 101 Forum presented by the International Construction Committee on Tuesday, March 23 followed by the Federal and Heavy Contractors Division Session.
