AGC Creates New Recruitment and Retention Database

AGC posted a new Recruitment and Retention database that establishes a baseline of crafts recruitment and retention programs across the United States. The work is the product of Professors Thomas Mills and Christine Fiori at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, who were awarded the 2008 Klinger Award from the AGC Education & Research Foundation to create the database. The database is available to the public and is searchable by target group, methodology, sector, craft, state, program sponsor and national affiliation. AGC is aware that there are programs, events and activities that are missing and would like to add them to grow and improve the database. For questions or to make changes to the database, please contact Liz Elvin at elvinl@agc.org.
