Jorge Fuentes of Gabriel Fuentes Jr. Construction Co., in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has been named Vice Chair of the AGC of America Specialty Contractors Council (SCC). Fuentes currently serves on the SCC and its Executive Committee, and is a past member of the AGC of America Executive Board.
