Don't Miss It! Building to LEED-NC: Overview and Impact on Construction Practices

Attend Building to LEED during the AGC 2010 Annual Convention pre-convention sessions (separate registration) and earn 7.5 GBCI CE towards maintaining your credential. The program will take place on March 16, 2010 in Orlando with the Annual Convention running March 17-21. This full-day course will provide attendees with an overview of the LEED for New Construction rating system with a focus on the means and methods of construction. Attendees will also learn the differences between LEED v2.2 and v3 and the prerequisites and credits within the LEED categories. Participants in this course are eligible to earn 7.5 GBCI CE Hours, required for credentialing maintenance and 7 AIA CES Learning Units. Registration is open and space is limited. The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) developed Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Building Rating Systems for different applications, such as New Construction and Major Renovations, Commercial Interiors, Core and Shell, and Homes. AGC of America's course materials focus on LEED for New Construction v2.2 and v3. The USGBC Education Provider Program has approved the technical and instructional quality of this course. Participants in this course are eligible to earn 7.5 GBCI CE Hours.
The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is a Registered Provider with The American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems. Credit earned on completion of this program will be reported to CES Records for AIA members. Certificates of completion for non-AIA members are available on request.
