New AGC Member Discount - Davis-Bacon Reporting Software

AGC has entered into an exclusive agreement with E- Mars, Inc. to provide AGC Members who have Davis-Bacon reporting obligations a software service that automates the preparation, review and submittal of certified payrolls in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and related statutes. The agreement will provide AGC Members a 10% discount on the licensing fee for a one year deal and a 15% discount on the a two-year deal. The respective discounts will also apply to quarterly support service fees. The software features include: §  electronic signature verification of the accuracy of submitted payrolls; §  automatic edits against appropriate wage determinations; and §  productivity features that help simplify and accelerate the time to prepare and review payrolls.
