As a partner with, Heather provides tax and consulting services to corporate and flow-through business entities. Heather has in-depth experience in federal corporate tax issues and tax accounting methods serving as leader of the firm’s national tax desk. In this role Heather works with tax professionals and clients across the firm to identify optimal tax accounting methods, address mitigation of exposure, and lead implementation of changes resulting from changing tax law. As a leader in the firm’s federal tax group, she has worked directly with the associate chief counsel’s office to resolve issues and obtain approval of taxpayer proposed method changes.
