A team from the Linbeck Group will cover the implementation of PPC's or Planned Percent Complete and how they can help your organization increase success in completing commitments (either within your organization or on a project team). PPC's can be used to track and measure handoffs between predecessor and successor relationships and can be applied to ANY task that has a deliverable. This webinar will also discuss how PPC's can help you to identify trends in commitment failures and how you can overcome them more efficiently to help mitigate variation.

If you cancel your registration at least ten (10) days prior to the webinar, AGC of America will provide a full refund. No refund will be provided if you do not meet this deadline, however you may transfer your registration to another employee within your organization. AGC of America will provide all registrants with a recording of the webinar and the PowerPoint slides following the program.
