About the Course
AGC Edge Construction Supervision Fundamentals (CSF) is highly interactive and allows the building trades and craft workers to experience construction supervision techniques firsthand and create a professional development plan to achieve personal career goals. The highly collaborative virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare building trades and craft workers to learn entry-level management skills to lead construction activities.
This course is the first step on the path to investing in and retaining your team by developing your own supervisors.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days before the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days before the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.

Shawn Trasky
Consultant
Shawn Trasky was raised in Chugiak, Alaska. She earned her bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and her master's degree in Project Engineering and Management, both from Montana Tech. She has over 20 years of diverse experience in the field, including working for oil and gas companies, private consulting, and construction in Alaska.
