Prior to her current role, Linda led teams in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to measure and benchmark patient’s experiences with medical treatments.

Linda graduated from Rider University with a degree in Business Administration, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and received a Benchmarking Professional certification from The KPI Institute.
