If you are new to the program you should have received an invitation to join. Towards the bottom of the email you will find a link that reads “Accept Invitation”. Please click on it to proceed to log in with your account.

Accessing the Cybersecurity training
You now have access to the application, and without having to memorize another password! Just go to https://training.knowbe4.com and enter your business email address if prompted.
You will encounter the dashboard where you will see:
- Training progress for any course you started
- Personal risk score
- Badges
Clicking on “Training” at the top of the screen will offer you a tour of the training system, and then bring you to your training dashboard where you can see, start, continue and restart both mandatory and optional training.
Click on “Start” or “Resume” and the training will launch in a new window.
How can you tell which training is mandatory, and which one is optional?
After you have completed your mandatory training, you will see additional training that you may want to complete.
To tell “mandatory” from “optional”, look above the title. Mandatory training has an indicator of how much time left you have to complete the training. To make it easy, there is only one of those for 2021.
