The “matrix” is AGC of America’s catalog of construction workforce development programs created by AGC chapters and member firms.

Participants in AGC of America’s inaugural National Construction Industry Workforce Summit helped craft a resource document that includes a catalog of successful workforce development initiatives as well as 22 new proposals to address workforce shortages.

WORKFORCE ADVOCACY

AGC is one of the leading associations in Washington pushing for increased federal investments in career and technical education, as well as other measures to address construction labor shortages.

The AGC Education & Research Foundation provides hundreds of scholarships each year for students studying construction at 4-year, community college and technical education programs across the country.
