All webinar times are in ET

Every state has unique laws that impact your ability to be licensed, bid, contract, and get paid on a construction project. Learn how to systematically navigate through state construction laws, including new state laws. Whether you are looking to bid on out-of-state work or not sure you have updated your internal procedures to perform work in your home state. Even if you have previously worked in a state, new laws mean you need to keep updated on critical topics such as licensing qualifications, project delivery, procurement selection, and immigration verification. AGC is offering a free subscription to the State Law Matrix for signing up for this webinar.

Learning Objectives:

• Find out what potential issues you need to investigate when considering any project including payment terms, liens, indemnification
• A specific checklist to “prequalify your project” to manage risks by examining the nature of the project, the participants, and the contract documents
• Learn how to use the AGC State Law Matrix as a tool to assist you with the risk identification process
