Recent Changes, Updates and Best Practices for Construction Employers

Is your company required to use E-Verify, due to state or local law mandates or federal contracting requirements?  Is your company not required to use E-Verify, but you want to learn more to see if it would be a good fit to use, voluntarily?  If you answered “yes” to either of these questions, then you won’t want to miss this webinar.  During the webinar, David Basham, management and program analyst from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services division will address recent changes and updates in E-Verify as well as best practices for efficient use in construction.

At the conclusion of the webinar, participants will be able to:

• Discover the current state of E-Verify;

• Understand how E-Verify works;

• Integrate E-Verify with the hiring process;

• Address common problems with E-verify; and

• Establish best practices for reducing risks and correcting errors when using E-Verify.
