Anthony has over 17 years of leadership responsibility with Pepper Construction. His experience includes working on some the companies most high-profile and complex institutional projects designed by world-renowned architects David Chipperfield and Studio Gang Architects. Recent projects include the expansion of the Saint Louis Art Museum, the expansion and renovation of the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, and the Great Apes Exhibit at the Brookfield Zoo. In addition to these projects, he has worked in many markets including high-end retail, hospitality, historic renovations, and higher education. As Director, he oversees project teams throughout the entire construction process from preconstruction through building turnover. Anthony continues to support his alma mater as a member of the Iowa State University Industry Advisory Council for Construction Engineering. Anthony is the Chair of the Construction Leadership Committee for the AGC of America.

Jeff Montgomery is the Corporate Safety Director at IWR North America, a leading specialty contractor in building enclosure systems. Jeff has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on safety, health, and risk management. He is also the Vice President of Risk Management at MHS Legacy Group, a parent company of five subsidiaries that provide roofing, scaffolding, insulation, metal fabrication, and building envelope solutions. He holds several professional certifications, including SMS, CHST, CRIS, and CIT. He is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and the Associated General Contractors of America. Jeff is passionate about creating a culture of safety and educating his team members on how to make the right choices. He believes that safety is not only a philosophy, but a way of life.
