Description:

Federal agencies are already beginning to include the COVID vaccination mandate clause in existing direct prime construction contracts and it will soon appear in solicitations for new contracts.  These requirements will be flowed down to subcontractors and other elements of the supply chain.  This mandate will also apply to employees directly working on a federal project, as well as those indirectly supporting covered projects and others that are in shared workplaces. When and how will your federal construction firm need to comply? How far does this mandate apply?  What are your company’s responsibilities? What is AGC of America doing to advocate for the construction industry?

This webinar will address these questions and more. Please join AGC of America legal and federal construction experts and seasoned federal government procurement attorneys from Crowell & Moring to learn what your federal construction firm needs to know about this vaccine mandate.
