Michael Guerra
Solutions Engineer

Michael Guerra is a Solutions Engineer at Procore, responsible for facilitating customer’s understanding of how the platform and its marketplace can provide value for their business. While Michael is familiar with all of the platform’s core applications, he has taken a special interest in the Financial Management, Analytics, and ERP Connectors to help teams streamline their project job cost data to their accounting system. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an implementation manager with Procore helping clients that were brand new to the platform transition their business from analog to digital by consulting them on how to configure the platform in a meaningful way. Before his tenure at Procore Michael completed a Master of Technology Management degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara’s engineering program. 

Lisa Leighton
Senior Project Controls Manager
Ryan Companies

As Director of Operational Excellence, Lisa is responsible for discovering, developing, and deploying best practices, as well as administering Ryan’s project management software and integrations between various tools, including financials. She draws knowledge and insight from her 15 years of construction experience, including work as a senior project coordinator and construction applications analyst. Lisa is detail-oriented and an experienced teacher, inspiring her teammates. She loves process improvement, training others, utilizing her project team experience, and working with numbers. Lisa also enjoys the Ryan culture, people, and variety of her work.
