About the Course

Managing labor, materials, and site logistics is one of the greatest challenges, and risks, on any construction project. Productivity is directly impacted by how effectively crews, materials, and workflows are planned and coordinated, yet logistics and productivity are often overlooked in day-to-day planning.

The 4-hourConstruction Logistics and Productivity Workshopfocuses on practical strategies to improve productivity through better logistics planning, workforce efficiency, and material flow. Through discussion, real-world scenarios, and hands-on application of simple planning tools, participants will explore proven best practices that can be applied to projects of any size and across all contracting disciplines.

Participants will leave with actionable takeaways and an implementation plan they can immediately apply to their own projects to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase profitability. This workshop emphasizes collaboration through small group discussions and scenario-based problem solving, keeping participants actively engaged throughout the session.
