About the Workshop
AI for Construction Project Managementis a hands-on, facilitator-led workshop designed specifically for construction project managers who want to use artificial intelligence to support communication, coordination, and documentation across their projects.
This two-part, live-virtual workshop focuses on applying AI to everyday project management workflows where administrative load and information complexity are highest. Participants learn how AI can assist with meeting summaries, stakeholder communication, action tracking, and project documentation, while keeping the project manager in control of decisions and outcomes.
Through guided practice and structured breakouts, attendees generate practical PM artifacts during the session, not after. The second session expands into more advanced applications, including change order support, look-ahead planning, and the development of project management AI assistants and automation concepts.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have reusable workflows and tools they can continue refining to help manage complexity, improve clarity, and reduce administrative burden on live projects.
