Lean Construction Education Program Overview

The AGC of America Lean Construction Education Program is designed to help construction professionals learn the building blocks necessary to become Lean Champions within their firms, transforming their projects and companies. This course covers a range of topics essential to Lean Construction.

Minimum Instructor Qualifications

AGC of America has established the following minimum Lean Construction experience requirements for instructors. Please check the boxes indicated below to note that you have complied with each requirement. Resumes are required and should highlight experience with Lean and instruction experience. A headshot and a short bio that includes a background in Lean and summary of experience may be used in marketing courses those instructors are facilitating.
