Tom Bonner has worked for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, since 2016, having joined as the County’s Capital Projects Program Director overseeing complex capital construction initiatives. In 2018, Tom assumed the position of Director of the Department of Assets and Infrastructure, restructuring the department to include management of capital construction initiatives along with the County’s physical road, bridge, park, trail, historic site, facility, and building infrastructure.
