Limited License for Bona Fide Journalists and AGC Chapters ONLY - IF YOU ARE NOT A JOURNALIST OR AN AGC CHAPTER, OR YOU WISH TO USE A PHOTO FOR A PURPOSE OR IN A MANNER THAT THE PRECEDING EXCLUDE, YOU MUST CONTACT AGC AND OBTAIN ITS WRITTEN PERMISSION TO PROCEED.
In consideration of their coverage of newsworthy events or other matters of public interest for a bona fide news organization, AGC hereby grants bona fide journalists a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo included in the library, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection such coverage for such an organization.
In consideration of their support for AGC as a whole, AGC hereby grants AGC chapters in good standing a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection with a chapter’s non-commercial programs, services and activities.
AGC does NOT authorize anyone else to download or otherwise use a photo, or any other use of any photo. AGC specifically DENIES permission for anyone to use any photo (1) on or in products, merchandise or goods, (2) for purposes of advertising or selling, or soliciting purchase of. products, merchandise goods or services, or (3) to single out any individual in any manner. AGC also DENIES permission for anyone to sublicense any third party to use a photo.
