San Antonio’s Central Builders was recognized as having the nation’s top construction diversity & inclusion program by the Associated General Contractors of America. The association also awarded Puerto Rico’s Bermúdez Longo Díaz Massó as Diverse Business of the Year. Also receiving Diversity and Inclusion Excellence Awards, sponsored by WTW, to Hensel Phelps and AvalonBay Communities.
“If diversifying our workforce was easy, we would all have done it by now. That is why we and WTW identify and honor members that are doing an outstanding job making their firms more diverse and inclusive,” said Tom Brown, the association’s president and president of Sierra Pacific West, Inc. “We want to honor and recognize their achievements.
