Join AGC’s Lean Construction Forum Steering Committee

AGC’s Lean Construction Forum is focused on growing the implementation of lean practices in the construction industry by providing educational opportunities and developing a community where anyone with an interest in lean construction can come together to engage in a dialog on best practices, share information, and participate in a broad, coordinated effort to promote and define the use of lean concepts and processes within the construction industry.

The Steering Committee is an active group-meeting 6-8 times a year via teleconference and in-person twice a year in conjunction with other AGC events. Current member backgrounds include general contractors and specialty contractors with interest in Lean implementation, education and promotion.

The current objectives of the Lean Construction Forum Steering Committee over the next few years are to:

  • Develop WebEd Content for Membership
  • Develop Lean for Trades Toolbox Talks for Membership
  • Engage the Forum
  • Activate Member Sharing

If you are an AGC member and interested in participating on the Steering Committee, please send a brief bio or CV by Friday, December 13, 2019 to paige.packard@agc.org.  Please include a link to your LinkedIn profile with your request.
