AGC Offering Three-Part Series on Navigating the Complexities of Marijuana, CBD, and Opioid Use in Construction in October

AGC of America is offering a three-part webinar series to help construction employers navigate the complexities of marijuana, CBD, and opioid use in the industry. 

Part One of the series will cover Marijuana in the Workplace on October 1 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern.  It will provide a state-by-state overview of the rules as they exist today, employer limitations, and the steps employers might take to avoid the pitfalls that now exist.

Part Two will cover Cannabidiol (CBD) Use and the Workplace on October 8 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern.  It will explain existing state rules on CBD, how those rules may impact workplace, and the evolving federal government position towards CBD.

Part Three will cover The Opioid Crisis on October 14, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern.  The session will provide an overview of the crisis, will dive into the limitations established by federal and state laws, and will take a hard look at the steps employers should be taking to protect themselves.

The registration fee for the series is $149 for AGC members and $199 for nonmembers.
