The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host webinars on how to use the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) eReporting Tool to submit Annual Reports for EPA’s Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP); those reports are due by January 30th for each year of permit coverage. Below are the program dates and links to registration and more resources.
“Operators” covered by EPA’s Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) must submit an Annual Report to the EPA electronically by January 30th for each year of permit coverage. In compliance with the NPDES Electronic Reporting Rule (40 CFR Part 127, Part 7.1), operators are required to use the electronic NPDES eReporting Tool, (NeT) to prepare and submit an Annual Report. (NOTE: If you are given a waiver by an EPA Regional Office to use a paper annual report form, and you elect to use it, you must complete and submit the following form Appendix I - Annual Report Form.)
