House T and I Committee Holds Hearing on Urban Stormwater

On March 18, 2009 the House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment  held a hearing on how municipalities can combat Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO),  the viability of "Green Infrastructure" to address stormwater runoff, and current approaches and developing technologies to combat CSO's.
