In December 2008, the AGC of America Specialty Contractors Council (SCC) reached out to AGC specialty contractors for participation in a questionnaire aimed to capture respondent experiences with retainage. Responses from almost every state poured in, and data from the 1,035 survey responses will help craft the guidance document regarding retainage that the SCC will be working on at the upcoming AGC 90th Annual Convention in San Diego, CA.
