AGC and GSA Staff Meet to Discuss Contractor Opportunities

Staff from AGC of America and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) met on February 2 to discuss several issues including GSA opportunities for contractors.  GSA suggests that any contractors who are thinking of working with GSA should get registered on FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov.  FedBizOpps is the U.S. Government's website where "commercial vendors and government buyers are able to post, search, monitor, and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community." GSA also suggests that contractors interested in working with GSA begin to gather information at www.gsa.gov.  There is a wealth of information on the GSA website including how to go through the GSA security screening process.
