AGC Receives Advance Draft Crane and Derricks Proposal

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) sent advance draft copies of the Notice for Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for Cranes and Derricks on September 17. To view the advanced draft copy of the proposal, click here. It is expected that the NPRM will be published in the Federal Register shortly.
