AGC Labor and Employment Law Council’s
2024 Fall Meeting
September 26-28 | Montreal, Quebec, CA
Members in good standing of the AGC Labor and Employment Law Council (“LELC”) are encouraged to attend the LELC’s annual Fall Meeting on September 26-28, 2024, at the elegant and charming Hotel Place d’Armes in Old Montreal.
While the primary purpose of the meeting is to develop the agenda for the LELC’s 20245 Construction Labor Law Symposium and to conduct other LELC business (this is not a CLE program), attendees will also have an opportunity to strengthen their network of fellow construction labor lawyers, hear about the latest labor law developments peers around the country are facing, and get more involved in the LELC.
The itinerary includes several social activities, and spouses/guests are welcome to attend all events other than the Friday morning business meeting. There will be group dinners on Thursday and Friday evenings, and a daytime group activity on Saturday.
As usual, there is no registration fee for the meeting, and several meals will be provided to LELC members gratis. Guest dinners and the Saturday activity fee will be charged back later to those who participate. See below for more info.
You won’t need a suit for this meeting, but you will need your passport!

Note that the custom reservations site will only allow reservations within the Wednesday to Sunday range, but the group rate is available up to three days prior and three days after. If you would like to extend your stay beyond what you’re able to book using the custom reservations link, please book the dates you want and can via the custom reservations site, then email Sandi Stinson at sandi@cypressplanninggroup.com to let her know which additional nights you want, and she will assist you.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations at the discounted group rate is September 4, 2024, before 5:00 p.m. EDT, but you’re encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible as the room block could sell out sooner.
