Matt Hedke is the Director of Virtual Design and Construction at Barton Malow. Matt has been with Barton Malow for 21 years where he has held a variety of roles such as reinforcing steel detailer, estimator, project engineer, fabrication manager, and detailing manager before taking the current role as Director of VDC. In current role, Matt is focused on how Barton Malow leverages technology to improve quality, safety, workflow efficiency and field productivity for all the trades Barton Malow self performs (i.e., Civil earthwork, concrete, reinforcing steel, interiors, structural steel, boilermaker, equipment setting). Most recently, Matt was named to Autodesk’s 2020 “Top 50 Construction Influencers” list, which identifies the leading professionals who are designing, building, and manufacturing projects around the world.

Andy Lambert is responsible for leading product management and partnerships within the Milwaukee One-Key platform. Andy leverages 20 years’ experience in construction and construction technology as a proven leader in evolving the adoption of technology throughout the construction industry. Andy began his career as an IBEW Inside Wireman but has since held positions of Solution Consultant, Director of Account Management, and Director of Construction Technology at a Construction ERP firm, and most recently Group Program Manager and Director of Product at Milwaukee Tool.
