Kevin Troutman, a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Houston office, is a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Taskforce, a cross-disciplinary team of attorneys dedicated to advising employers on the many workplace law aspects of the global coronavirus pandemic. He leads the group’s subcommittee concerning vaccine issues.  Keeping his client’s business objectives foremost in mind, Kevin focuses his day-to-day practice on litigation and providing day-to-day advice concerning a variety of employment and people management issues. In doing so, he calls upon both his experience as an attorney and his years of experience as a human resources executive, including a period when he was responsible for 22 hospitals in five states.

Bert Brannen, a partner in the firm’s Atlanta office, is a long-time member and Past President of the AGC’s Labor and Employment Law Council. He is active in the Georgia Branch of the AGC where he has served on the Executive Board. He is also the co-author of the AGC’s training video series “Diversity Rules: Harassment Prevention, Sensitivity and Correction for Construction Workers and Supervisors.” He has a depth of experience advising construction employers about how to deal with labor and employment crises that regularly arise in our industry.
