(Phil) Beck is a partner in the Atlanta, Georgia office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP, a nationally-recognized construction law firm, where he has practiced since 1981.  Phil has experience with a broad range of construction issues, claims, problems and disputes, as well as a wide variety of construction projects, both public and private, throughout the United States. He has drafted, reviewed and negotiated thousands of design and construction contracts.  He is a past Chair of the ConsensusDocs Content Advisory Council, the drafters of the ConsensusDocs family of design and construction contract documents.

He represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and developers in a variety of construction related transactions and disputes. Joe has over ten years of experience. He serves on the AGC Contract Documents Forum Steering Committee and Project Delivery Forum.  He also served on the AGC of America Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee and has represented AGC on several ConsensusDocs working groups drafting industry standard contracts. Joe is currently on the Board of Directors of the Idaho AGC and chairs the Idaho AGC Associates and Suppliers Committee.

Ms. Ciliberto is the Senior Director and Counsel of Contracts and Construction Law, for The Associated General Contractors of America, and is Deputy Executive Director and Counsel for ConsensusDocs.  Ms. Ciliberto was the founder and principal of Ciliberto & Associates, LLC, a Colorado law firm emphasizing water, environmental, and land use law. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University with a concentration in international and environmental law.  She is licensed to practice several jurisdictions including the U.S. Supreme Court.  Ms. Ciliberto has authored numerous articles, and she speaks frequently at industry events around the nation.

AGC of America WebEd Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

If you will not be able to attend an AGC of America WebEd program for which you have already registered, you may qualify for a refund of your registration fee or be able to substitute another employee within your organization. If you cancel your registration at least ten (10) days prior to the webinar, AGC of America will provide a full refund. No refund will be provided if you do not meet this deadline, however you may transfer your registration to another employee within your organization. AGC of America will provide all registrants with a recording of the webinar and the PowerPoint slides following the program.
