Enter a New Paradigm for Construction Workforce Development

The construction industry continues to face significant headwinds when it comes to employees. There isn’t a large pool of talent to recruit from, experienced workers are retiring and those entering the field don’t have a high degree of skill, turnover is high, and wages are rising.

To help address these challenges, AGC of America held its first-ever National Construction Industry HR & Workforce Conference in November 2023.
