Dana has been a professional services marketer in the built environment for 25 years. For the past eight years she has been with The Flintco Companies, one of the largest commercial construction companies in the nation with eight offices and annual revenues at $1.5 billion. Her current role there is as Vice President/CMO. Dana served as the 2008-2009 national president of SMPS and is currently in her fifth year on the executive board. She also serves on the national board of Associated Builders and Contractors Services Corp. Dana's community involvement has extended to service on the boards of Leadership Tulsa, American Institute of Architects Eastern Oklahoma Region, Tulsa Historical Society, American Lung Association, and the Center for Counseling and Education. Dana was one of the first marketers in the industry to obtain certification from SMPS in 1987 when she was named a Senior Marketing Professional. Later, she was named a Fellow in recognition of her contributions to the profession. She is accredited through the Public Relations Society of America. Dana has served as a co-author of two books on marketing and been recognized with 26 national and regional awards. In 2008, she was named one of "50 Making a Difference" in the state of Oklahoma.
