of an existing facility and construction of a 4.6 MGD
facility consisting of: ten new structures; a
state-of-the-art Bardenpho Aeration tank system; 48,000
liner feet of 48" and 24" force main; installation of
mixers, clarifiers, sludge-handling and filter
equipment; and an 80-acre land application site
