Talent Management Technology: Linking Performance to Learning

While employees have limited time to invest in learning, companies have an essential need to assure that employees have the knowledge and skills to perform at high levels. Linking a company’s performance management process to individual employee learning can help address these two challenges, but it is not an easy task. Learn how one company has approached this issue using an integrated talent management system that ties competencies, performance assessments, goals, development plans and learning.
