AGC presents the Supervisory Training Webinar Series for early–career construction supervisors and those looking to make a move into such a role. Five webinars, each 90 minutes long, will be presented on Leadership and Motivation, Understanding and Managing Project Costs, Oral and Written Communication, Accident Prevention and Loss Control, and Problem Solving and Decision Making. Participants can elect to attend all five webinars or just sign up for one at a time. Registrants will also have the options to purchase the corresponding Participant’s Manual for each course at a discounted rate.
The STP webinar series will provide participants with a valuable, yet condensed portion of some of the most popular STP units. These webinars are not a replacement for the in–seat STP courses, but rather to supplement specific supervisor skills and provide an introduction to AGC’s STP offering. For information on upcoming STP courses held in your region, visit the AGC, STP Nationwide Course Calendar.
AGC of America has been the leader in educating construction site supervisors through its Supervisory Training Program (STP) for over 30 years. Developed, updated and field—tested by contractors, the STP curriculum provides skills that are crucial to a project’s success and supplies information every foreman and supervisor must know to make decisions quickly and confidently in the field. The STP Instructor Training Workshop provides essential skills necessary to train these dynamic industry leaders.
